We have been Bounce On customers for years! Our most recent event was my daughter’s graduation party. The delivery was quick and Brandon communicated when they were on the way. We were able to keep Mason’s Gauntlet overnight. My daughter and her friends inflated the obstacle course again that night and had more fun running through it. We were inside just listening to four 18 year olds laughing and having a great time. The next day, Brandon messaged us when he was on the way to pick it up. Anytime someone mentions needing a bounce house, I recommend Bounce On! Thanks for another great party!

This is an awesome company with an awesome owner. He was very fast to set me up a date and I did have short notice. He had me a contract over within 5 minutes and the whole process was completed within 10 minutes He was a very on top of it called.And let me know he was on the way.This is the kind of company I really like with good communication.And nice people. WHAT IS THE WEATHER POLICY? WHAT IF IT RAINS OR IS TOO WINDY?

☀️We make every effort to fulfill each and every rental reservation; however, the safety of your children is our top priority.

Bounce On reserves the right to make the final decision to cancel a rental due to inclement

weather.

Bounce On reserves the right to cancel any rental at any time for any reason due to safety concerns or an improper setup surface, including snow, mud, and pet waste, etc.

🌧️ Weather-Related Cancellation Criteria

• Rain: With a chance of 61 percent rain or greater, we may not deliver. If it is actively raining, we cannot set up a bounce unit.

• Wind: If it is too windy (15–20 mph or greater or with high wind gusts), we cannot set up a bounce unit.

• Temperature: The minimum setup/pickup temperature is 50 degrees.

If any of these conditions apply, we will contact you the day prior or the morning of your event to discuss options.

🛑 Options for Adverse Weather

• If Bounce On DOES NOT cancel your rental: In the event of adverse weather, you will be given the option to cancel the event at any point prior to the equipment being set up, continue with your rental, or reschedule.

• Once the equipment has been set up, the total amount of the rental is non-refundable.

• Please note that if the weather outlook becomes more unfavorable or is actively raining at your delivery time, we may still be required to cancel deliveries to ensure your safety.

• If weather conditions change after delivery and set-up and the weather becomes unfavorable, there are no refunds.

WHAT SURFACES CAN INFLATABLES BE SETUP ON?

Setup & Surface Requirements

📏 The Basics

• Surface: Must be level and 100% clear of debris and animal waste.

• Timing: Setup takes 20–40 minutes.

• Accuracy: Choosing the wrong surface type may result in delays or cancellation.

• Redelivery: A $50 fee applies if we have to return for setup issues.

💦 WET Units

• Approved: Grass, concrete, asphalt, or gravel.

• ⛔ NO DIRT: We cannot set up wet units on dirt.

• Must Provide: A reliable water hose.

☀️ DRY Units

• Approved: Grass, concrete, asphalt, gravel, or packed field dirt.

CAN I KEEP THE INFLATABLE OVERNIGHT?

Yes! You can keep any of our inflatables FREE overnight for a residential event.

Please keep in mind that many factors come into play and must be considered, such as weather, a next-day rental by another customer, and the security of our rental items. (Must be in a secure location, FOR EXAMPLE: a fenced-in backyard.)

PLEASE NOTE: Do not allow pets to walk on or urinate on the inflatable until we arrive to pick it up. Just add it at checkout!

CAN YOU SETUP IN A PARK?

The city of Pueblo does not permit us to set up equipment in public parks.
