Where can Bounce Houses be set up?
The bounce unit can be set up on any level area including grass, cement or asphalt. The area should be clean and cleared off of all debris and animal waste. The unit can be placed on a tarp for added protection and secured down for safety. Set-up takes about 20-30 minutes. Any approved surface other than living established grass will incur a small additional fee of $25 per inflatable for setup/cleaning /heavy commercial tarp/sandbags. Set up procedures: 

Please be aware Bounce On may use stakes to secure the inflatable.
Bounce On and its delivery personnel are not responsible for any broken water, power, communication or gas lines.It is the customer’s responsibility to know where the lines are and notify Bounce On prior to set up.

Please be ready to inform driver of the existence of any underground utilities(water, power, communication or gas lines) that may interfere with the ability to stake and/or anchor equipment.

Customer assumes responsibility for any damage to underground equipment, or landscaping resulting from equipment installation.

Can I pick the unit up?

Sorry, for the safety reasons our staff will deliver and set up each unit.  We will inspect the area to insure that there are no safety hazards.


Can I keep the inflatable overnight?


Yes, you may keep any of our inflatables overnight, however an additional fee of $30 will be added and the inflatable will be picked up the following day (usually between 9AM-1PM) All prices on our website include a minimum of 5 hours between 8AM-8PM. If your event time starts at 4PM or later we suggest an overnight rental to ensure a full 5 hours. If you choose not to pay for overnight  rental the inflatable will be picked up at 8PM or shortly thereafter.

(Keep the party going with an overnight rental!)

 Please keep in mind that many factors come into play and must be considered....such as weather, next day rental by another customer and the security of our rental items. (Must be in secure location EXAMPLE: Fenced in backyard)

How much room do I need? 

An area that is 5 feet larger than the unit on all sides.  No overhead power lines or trees should be present because they may interfere with the unit. Each site will be fully inspected before delivery is completed.


What kind of power do we need?

The unit should be on a dedicated 110V outlet. The outlet must be located within 100 feet of the unit.


Where do you deliver?

Our service area includes Pueblo & Surrounding areas. Please call 719-821-3206 for delivery information. 

Local Delivery up to 20 mile radius is FREE! After that the following applies:

21-37 mile radius - $300.00 minimum order after any discounts are applied and before delivery is added.
38-90 mile radius $1200.00 minimum order after any discounts are applied and before delivery is added.

Delivery is 3.00 per mile and is subject to change at Bounce On's discretion. Bounce On delivery is not guaranteed and must be approved by management by calling 719-821-3206. Some deliveries may be the day before and picked up the day after depending on local workload.


Is there a delivery fee?

No! Local delivery and setup are FREE!

What if it rains or is too windy?

Bounce On reserves the right to cancel any rental at any time for any reason due to safety concerns .

If it is raining or if the ground is mud-covered we cannot set up a bounce unit. If it's excessively windy we cannot set up a bounce unit. In the event of adverse weather, you will be given the alternative to cancel the event at any point prior to the equipment being setup or reschedule. But, once the equipment has been setup, the total amount of the rental is non-refundable, even in the event of bad weather.


​Weather Policy

Minimum setup temperature is 42 degrees.
Bounce On reserves the right to cancel any rental at any time for any reason due to safety concerns .
We make every effort to set up for each and every rental reservation; however the safety of your children is our top priority. Bounce On reserves the right to make the final decision to cancel a rental due to inclement weather. . If this is the case, we will contact you the day prior or the morning of your event to discuss options. We cannot set up in high winds or if it is actively raining due to increased chance of injury or electrocution. If it’s raining we will not deliver. With a chance of 50 percent rain or greater we will make the final decisions for deliveries. If it's too windy 15- 20 mph or greater or wind gusts we cannot set up a bounce unit. If weather conditions change after delivery and set-up, and the weather becomes unfavorable, there are no refunds. WARNING:INFLATABLE UNITS MUST NEVER BE USED WHEN WET INSIDE and/or WHEN WINDS ARE 20MPH OR MORE. Inflatables become very slippery and dangerous when wet. In these situations the inflatable unit MUST be evacuated and deflated until the winds die down and/or the rain stops. Once the storm passes re-inflate the unit and dry off the inside before using the unit again. ​


What if I have to cancel or reschedule?

There are no deposits and no cancellation fees. You have the preference to cancel at no charge preceding setup.


How do I reserve equipment for an event?

Call us at 719-821-3206 and we will take care of the details for you.


How far in advance should I reserve the equipment?

We are always taking reservations for equipment. The sooner you call the better. Most equipment during the summer season gets booked about 3 weeks in advance.


When is the payment due?

Payment in full is due upon delivery. Cash, checks, credit cards accepted. ( There is a $40 returned check fee for ANY returned checks)


Is a deposit required to reserve a rental unit?

We do not require a deposit.  All we need is the date, time, location and the unit(s) you want to reserve. All inflatables are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.


How many children can bounce at one time?

It is important that children be grouped together based upon age and size while in the inflatable. This is done to prevent any injuries while bouncing. A general rule of thumb is to make sure each child has enough room to bounce with their arms extended without touching any other children.
We will instruct you on the safe operation of the inflatable. Sorry, we do not allow adults on the inflatables.


Are bounce Houses/Slides safe?

Yes! Our units are constructed of industry standard 18.5 vinyl, fire retardant, and include an inflated safety ramp/step. There should be no problems as long as you adhere to the safety and operating instructions.


What are my responsibilities?

You MUST adhere to the safety and operating guidelines. A responsible adult must be present at all times the unit is in use. This person must know the safety and operating procedures and must enforce them at all times. You are responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe from damage.


Are your Bounce Houses clean? / Is there a cleaning fee?

YES, all equipment is set up, cleaned and sanitized at the time of delivery. General cleaning is included with the rental, however excessive cleaning due to intentional neglect (SILLY STRING, GUM, CANDY OR OTHER STICKY SUBSTANCES) will result in extra cleaning fees.
