Before Your Party Checklist
The bounce house is a large inflatable, please check the size before you order.
You will need to provide a level, open space with clearance from tree branches, utility and phone lines and other obstructions.
We will not setup the inflatable within 4 feet of electrical or telephone wires. We will not allow any utility lines to touch the inflatable.
A standard 110v 3 prong outlet within 50 feet is required for operation. Make sure a clear path of at least 3 feet is available for delivery of the inflatable. Please be present at time of delivery and pickup. Please turn off all sprinklers .
Minimum setup/pickup temperature is 42 degrees.
Water inflatables are available from May 15th-September 15th
Bounce On reserves the right to cancel any rental at any time for any reason due to safety concerns, weather or improper setup surface including mud and pet waste etc. Delivery is usually 1-4 hours before your event begins and does not count against your 5 hour rental.
We make every effort to set up for each and every rental reservation; however the safety of your children is our top priority. Bounce On reserves the right to make the final decision to cancel a rental due to inclement weather. . If this is the case, we will contact you the day prior or the morning of your event to discuss options. We cannot set up in high winds or if it is actively raining due to increased chance of injury or electrocution. If it’s raining we will not deliver. With a chance of 51 percent rain or greater we may not deliver. If it's too windy 15- 20 mph or greater or wind gusts we cannot set up a bounce unit. If weather conditions change after delivery and set-up, and the weather becomes unfavorable, there are no refunds. WARNING:INFLATABLE UNITS MUST NEVER BE USED WHEN WET/POOR WEATHER and/or WHEN WINDS ARE 20MPH OR MORE. Inflatables become very slippery and dangerous when wet. In these situations the inflatable unit MUST be evacuated and deflated until the winds die down and/or the rain stops. Once the storm passes re-inflate the unit and dry off the inside before using the unit again.

What Time Will The Delivery Crew Arrive To Set Up/Pickup?
We arrive 1-4 hours before your event starts. Due to the delivery schedule on your day, you can receive extra time at no additional charge (especially for water inflatable rentals because they take longer to setup/take down). Your rental will begin and end at your requested time, regardless of how early our crew sets up or how late they take the unit down. Ultimately, you are guaranteed the minimum number of (5) hours (weather permitting), any extra time due to early setup and later pickup (busy schedule) is extra bonus time. Please call/text if you need to make arrangements for more than 5 guaranteed hours. Fees may apply.

Where can Dry Bounce Houses be set up?
The dry bounce unit can be set up on any level area including grass, cement, packed dirt or asphalt. Established grass is a FREE BASIC SETUP. The area should be clean and cleared off of all debris and animal waste. We cannot setup on mud or sticker/goat head covered surface or pet feces/dog runs. Set-up takes about 20-30 minutes. Any surface other than living established grass will incur a small additional fee of $25-$35 per inflatable for setup/cleaning /heavy commercial tarp/sandbags and must be approved by management. Please call for approved surfaces.
